A course manual is provided for reference and home study. There will be tutorial and practical sessions on:

- language skills
- script preparation
- teamwork
- contracts and quality monitoring
Refresher Workshop for Audio Describers:
is a four hour session for seasoned describers covering
- touch tours
- introductions, recaps, lead-ins
- live commentary
- hands-on team work with a script
- constructive criticism
Welcome and Safe Guiding:
A short instruction course to enable venue staff (from marketing and box office to ushers and bar staff) to create an accessible service for their patrons with a sight problem. Booklet available for in-house training.
