A National Theatre of Scotland production.
Greenock 1981. Faced with the threat of their factory closing, and with 240 jobs on the line, there’s no way the women of the Lee Jeans factory are going down without a fight. They barricade the doors, take a stand against corporate greed and stage a sit-in that lasts for 7 long months.
